The award-winning WildLife Foundation is aiming to raise £10,000 for endangered cheetahs following the birth of Northern Cheetah cubs Kendi & Tafari at Yorkshire WildLife Park.
Kendi and Tafari who were born on Monday 13th May marks a significant milestone in the European breeding programme for this vulnerable species, whose wild populations have dwindled by 90% in the last 100 years to less than 7 thousand individuals.
The cubs arrival has heightened awareness about the plight of Northern Cheetahs, inspiring Yorkshire Wildlife Park to launch an appeal in their honour. In collaboration with the park, and the Cheetah Conservation Fund, we aim to support vital conservation projects across Africa.
The Cheetah Conservation Fund is an international non-profit organisation headquartered in Namibia, Africa. CCF is dedicated to saving the Cheetah in the wild.
Cheetah Challenge is an ambitious and inspiring mission to raise £10,000 to aid in the protection of Cheetah in the wild. This critical endeavour aims to support the Cheetah Conservation Funds efforts that safeguard these big cats from the looming threats of poaching and habitat loss.
The contributions made will significantly help us in our aim to preserve the Cheetah population, ensuring that these adorable animals can thrive in their natural habitats for generations to come!
